What You’ll Do

  • Partner with managers to build motivated, high‑performing teams 💪
  • Support performance, talent and reward cycles with clarity and structure 📈
  • Lead and influence change as we mobilise a new service 🔄
  • Handle ER matters with confidence, fairness and empathy 💬
  • Use insights and data to help leaders make strong people decisions 📊
  • Collaborate closely with central HR teams for specialist support 🧰
  • Champion our inclusive, people‑first culture across the contract 🌈

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Graduate‑level experience (CIPD Level 5 preferred) 🎓
  • Strong generalist HR experience in multi‑site or operational environments 🏭
  • Solid understanding of employment law & HR best practice 📚
  • Confident communicator, coach and relationship‑builder 🗣️
  • Commercially sharp, hands‑on and solutions‑focused 💼🔧
  • Bonus: FM, housing or field‑based operations experience 🏘️
