About You

  • Strong background in M&E, building services or technical FM
  • Recognised engineering qualification (e.g., Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, HNC/HND)
  • Proven experience managing technical services in a commercial FM environment
  • Skilled in leading engineering teams and managing specialist contractors
  • Excellent understanding of compliance, asset management and risk control
  • Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and present technical information clearly
  • Organised, solutions‑focused and committed to delivering high standards

What We Offer

  • Travel covered across sites (subject to HMRC guidelines)
  • Pension, private medical, wellbeing programmes and additional corporate benefits
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Ongoing learning, development and career progression within Wates
  • Industry‑leading family leave policies
