Technical Supervisor – Facilities Management
Location: Manchester M17
Are you ready to take the next step in your FM career? WPS is looking for a Technical Supervisor to oversee multiple contracts and lead a small team, including one Engineer as a direct report.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure timely completion of PPM and reactive works across multiple sites
- Review and challenge Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) to maintain compliance and safety standards
- Prepare, review, and submit quoted costs for additional works
- Provide technical guidance and support to your Engineer and contractors
- Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction across all contracts

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within Facilities Management
- Strong technical knowledge of building services and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritise workloads effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
